Effect of Dynamic Binaural Beats on Sleep Quality
- Findings: DBB (Dynamic Binaural Beats) significantly reduced the time it took for participants to fall asleep compared to the sham condition. There was a marginal increase in sleep efficiency in the DBB condition.
- HRV (Heart Rate Variability) was significantly lower in the DBB condition during both pre-sleep and sleep onset periods, indicating reduced activity of the sympathetic nervous system, which is associated with relaxation and readiness for sleep.
